Key Responsibilities:

• Screening of potential candidates basis fitment and profile
• Fulfillment of required criteria before profile is sent for enrollment
• Discrepancy resolution with support team
• Daily connect with recruited candidates and update on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Driving metrics such as IBA Login and Talk Time
• Lead generation per business plan
• Dynamic allocation of data basis field requirements in co-ordination with support team
• Resolution of all system issues and queries with support team where required
• Maintenance of activation rates over targets rolled out
• Ensuring communication to candidates on disbursement and earnings
• Motivating candidates to qualify for rewards and grievance addressal
• Real-time co-ordination channel between Sales, candidates and support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a sales role in retail lending would be an added advantage
• Collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company
• 1-2 year of Outbound Sales team management experience
