Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee and execute projects from inception to final delivery. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion of multiple projects concurrently.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multifaceted tasks and prioritize objectives effectively.

This position requires strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interact seamlessly with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

  • Project Ownership:

The successful candidate will assume full ownership of projects, starting from initial pitching and navigating through each phase until project delivery.

  • Multifaceted Project Management:

The selected individual will successfully handle and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating efficient project management skills.

  • Comprehensive Project Planning:

They will showcase proficiency in project planning and management, implementing strategies that align with project goals and objectives.

  • Expertise in Site Management:

The chosen candidate will utilize expertise in site handling, overseeing work execution, and managing the site and vendors to ensure optimal project outcomes.

  • Vendor Network Development:

They will establish and maintain a strong network of vendors, particularly focusing on the region, to support project requirements.

  • Leadership and Communication Excellence:

The successful candidate will demonstrate instinctive leadership qualities to effectively manage the in-house team, fostering collaboration and achieving project milestones.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Project Management Expertise:

Possess relevant experience in effectively managing corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects.

  • Educational Background:

Graduation Degree in Engineering or Architecture is required; a Master's Degree in Construction Management/Project Management would be given preference.

  • Trades and Subcontractor Knowledge:

Demonstrate knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.

  • Technological Proficiency:

Showcase tech-savviness with a successful track record of adopting digital and technology initiatives.

  • Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment:

Exhibit the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Pressure Handling and Independence:
