Project Coordinator Opportunity

Job Description:

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the project manager in the overall coordination of project activities. This includes organizing meetings, tracking schedules, and managing resources necessary for project completion.

You will facilitate communication among team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are clearly understood and met. Additionally, you will maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, action items, and meeting minutes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the overall coordination of project activities
  • Organizing meetings and tracking schedules
  • Managing resources necessary for project completion
  • Facilitating communication among team members, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Maintaining and updating project documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, IT, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)
