As a Reliable Engineering Leader, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and refining high-performance services.

Our mission is to elevate developers' experience by providing them with cutting-edge tools to manage the entire software lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain key components of our internal platform from CI/CD to developer tools.
  • Collaborate on migrating to industry-leading CICD tools like GitHub Actions.
  • Automate deployment processes using tools like GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Helm Charts, etc.
  • Develop and implement infrastructure provisioning and other engineering processes.
  • Coach and up-skill other engineering team members.
  • Solve complex technical problems and continually improve your skills.
  • Drive development of effective tooling and alerts to identify and mitigate reliability risks.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of large-scale complex systems from a reliability perspective.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD processes and tools.
  • Passion for writing clean, standards-compliant code.
  • Bringing a developer mindset to infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code tools.
  • Experience with programming languages like Java, Kotlin, Scala, or JVM-based languages.
  • Knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch.
  • Ability to automate time-consuming tasks.
