This role is ideal for experienced product managers or data scientists/healthcare AI experts looking to transition into product management.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Identify and evaluate AI/ML opportunities in US healthcare by combining market insight with hands-on data exploration
  2. Write and execute SQL and Python queries/scripts to analyze datasets and validate hypotheses
  3. Partner with data science teams to prototype, test, and refine models before production
  4. Define and own product vision, roadmap, and success metrics
  5. Collaborate with engineering, clinical, and business teams to deliver high-quality, compliant AI products
  6. Ensure responsible AI practices and alignment with healthcare regulatory standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in data science/AI/ML projects (model development, validation, or deployment)
  • Roadmap planning: Experience in building and managing product roadmaps, especially for AI/ML-driven features
  • Solid understanding of US healthcare data (claims, clinical, EHR)
  • LLM architecture & RAG systems: Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, embeddings (Azure AI Search, Databricks), and semantic search
  • Ethical AI & governance awareness: Understanding of responsible AI principles, data privacy, and model transparency
  • Agentic AI & orchestration: Familiarity with autonomous agents and orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and CrewAI
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (mandatory)
