Key Leadership Role: IT Infrastructure Expert

The Plant IT Head is a highly strategic position responsible for overseeing the overall direction, development and implementation of IT systems within the plant. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of heading IT systems in a medium to large-scale formulations or API manufacturing facility.

About the Position:
  • Design, implement and maintain robust infrastructure & systems to support various internal functions such as production, engineering, quality control and warehouse operations.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration and management of servers ensuring optimal performance for reliable operations.
  • Manage active and passive networking components including switches, routers, firewalls and cable systems.
  • Ensure all IT systems comply with industry regulations and standards particularly those relevant to GxP standards.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical skills, strong leadership abilities and experience working in a cross-functional environment. They should be able to work collaboratively with various teams to drive business growth and improvement.
