Site Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Architect to oversee architectural design and manage site teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Daily Design Efforts: Oversee daily architectural design activities, identifying and addressing challenges proactively.
  • Collaborate with Site Teams: Collaborate with site teams to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare Working Drawings: Prepare working drawings, detailing, and reports as required.
  • BIM and 3D Skills: Develop building services and coordination skills, with proficiency in CAD, Sketchup, Revit, and other software tools.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a strong team-oriented approach.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in BIM, CAD, and other software tools, with a solid understanding of architectural design principles.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
Qualifications:
  • Architecture Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, with a strong foundation in architectural design principles.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
