Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team.

As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, quality assurance, and other software engineers to build features for strategic program management solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing new features within agreed timeframes, ensuring high-quality code adheres to performance requirements of SaaS products
  • Building front-end software using React/Javascript according to visual designs provided by UX teams
  • Implementing backend model software using Ruby on Rails
  • Maintaining existing applications, resolving customer-raised issues quickly, and writing unit tests to ensure high-quality Ruby on Rails code
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand user needs and ensure best customer solutions
  • Estimating, planning, and managing tasks as a developer in an Agile team
  • Documenting processes and software changes when necessary, protecting confidential data, and following information security protocols

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related disciplines
  • 3-9 years of professional software development experience, with proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Javascript, SQL, and database use
  • CI/CD technologies, especially Gitlab, knowledge of SaaS application architecture and Azure, and understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
