Job Title: Conversational AI Specialist

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • We're seeking a skilled Conversational AI Specialist to design and develop conversational flows in RetellAI.com, handling complex conversations with ease.
    • You'll translate business requirements into structured dialogue flows, incorporating multiple branches, edge cases, and real-life conversation patterns.
    • The ideal candidate will integrate RetellAI agents with external platforms via Make.com and/or n8n, ensuring seamless workflow automation.
    • You'll debug, test, and refine agent behavior for high performance and reliability.
    • A key part of this role is documenting workflows and providing best practices for scalable agent builds.
    • Collaboration with our internal team is essential to deliver client-ready solutions.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in conversational AI, automation, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in conversational flow creation using RetellAI.com.
  • Familiarity with Make.com and/or n8n for workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of webhooks, JSON, HTTP requests, APIs, and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills are essential.
  • Evidence of completed projects showcasing real conversational flows.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an hourly engagement model.
  • Fluent English communication skills are required.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience integrating with CRMs, booking platforms, or call management systems.
  • Familiarity with other AI platforms (e.g. Dialogflow, Voiceflow) for broader perspective.
