Job Purpose

Lead the design, innovation, and quality assurance of resort experiences across our network, driving continuous improvement and delivering scalable yet culturally distinctive experiences that elevate guest delight and brand equity.

Innovation & Strategy
  • Use data and trends to drive experience innovation, benchmarking global hospitality offerings.
  • Design scalable Standard, Local, and Signature Experiences that meet diverse needs.
  • Collaborate with digital teams to embed technology into guest journeys, enhancing the overall experience.
Team Leadership
  • Mentor Curators across clusters, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Resolve escalations, oversee operations, and foster collaboration among team members.
Quality Assurance
  • Lead audits and set benchmarks for safety and service, ensuring exceptional quality.
  • Act on guest feedback and NPS insights, making data-driven decisions.
  • Report quality metrics to senior leadership, driving business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in multi-property experience design, showcasing expertise and creativity.
  • Strong business acumen and creative vision, driving innovation and success.
  • High cultural sensitivity and operational discipline, balancing art and science.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills, leading cross-functional teams.
