About the Role:

You will collaborate with our Marketing team to design high-quality web experiences focusing on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance and run regular audits.
  • Measure conversion, traffic, bounce rates, and provide directional suggestions to the team.
  • Design innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using your observations and learning.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams.
  • Research the latest trends and keep track of innovations in the space.
Qualifications:
  • 3 to 7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and ever-changing SEO trends.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media tracking.
  • Custom code skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
