Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and debug complex systems integration solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical strategies
  • Provide detailed plans and accurate estimates for small enhancements
  • Facilitate complex group meetings and facilitate effective communication with stakeholders
  • Manage incident management and problem management activities to minimize the impact during application outages or production incidents
  • Review technical documentation around new features and functionality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in systems integration, preferably in banking domain
  • Expertise in mainframe skills such as VSAM, COBOL, DB2, JCL, IMS, File Aid, AbendAid
  • Excellent analytical and coding skills for enhancements
  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide timely resolutions
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with business customers and internal/external clients
