Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Dynamic SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions related to SuccessFactors sub modules.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex incidents and change requests associated with SuccessFactors sub modules
  • Manage configuration changes and integration issues on a global scale, including regions such as India
  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations and business processes
  • Provide support in uploads of master data files (MDF) and other objects, as well as form template modifications
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM ECC, specifically in OM, PA, Time & Payroll modules

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in implementing or supporting at least two of the following SuccessFactors modules: Recruitment (RCM/RMK), Onboarding (ONB), Off/boarding, Employee Central (EC), Time Management (Time Sheet & Absences), Payroll (India), Learning Management System (LMS), Performance and Goals Management (PMGM), Compensation

  • Familiarity with integrations within SuccessFactors and between SuccessFactors and SAP, as well as other third-party systems
  • Basic knowledge of SAP HCM – Time Management (Positive) and Payroll (any of countries - India, US, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Poland)
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams to meet custom requirements

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Able to deliver assigned work packages efficiently

Education:

  • Diploma, Graduate, or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution
