About this role:

Aras is seeking an experienced leader to drive complex Oracle transformations with a primary focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM), along with Finance, HCM, Technology, and Industry solutions.

This senior position oversees multiple accounts, leads solution architecture, and develops tools, templates, and best practices, while fostering Oracle vendor partnerships. The role also requires hands-on expertise in Oracle SCM application development to meet business process and application requirements.

  • Drive end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM transformations, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a strategic advisor across multiple client accounts.
  • Design, build, and configure Oracle SCM applications to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Develop and enforce best practices, maturity models, and solution frameworks.
  • Collaborate across teams, provide solutions impacting multiple business areas, and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Mentor and guide teams, fostering knowledge sharing and capability building.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational strategy.

Skills required:

  • Expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM).
  • Strong experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion (ERP, SCM, HCM), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Proven track record in strategic Oracle Cloud architecture design and delivery.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Key qualifications:

  • 15 to 20 years overall experience, with 12+ years in Oracle SCM Supply Chain Planning.
  • At least 10 years in Oracle leadership roles.
  • Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
