Job Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Candidate Support Intern to join our team. As a member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in managing candidate communications, verifying documentation, and ensuring that all candidate interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Communication Specialist: Be a candidate champion, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat.
  • Documentation Verifier: Review candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, communicating clearly if additional information is required.
  • Knowledge Expert: Educate candidates on the documentation process, providing guidance and support to ensure they understand the requirements.
  • Candidate Experience Analyst: Document candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance the overall experience.
  • Support Documentation Creator: Create and maintain support documentation to streamline common and recurring questions.
  • Escalation Manager: Assist Candidate Success Managers with tasks such as updating candidate information and informing internal teams of any escalated issues.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of Customer Support: Basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management.
  • Teamwork and Initiative: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
