Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to oversee the development and maintenance of our payment infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage technological operations to ensure swift issue resolution – be the first point of contact for technical support.
  2. Responsible for preparation of monthly dashboards and review of daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and enhance overall product quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in software system design and architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Big Data/Hadoop and MapR technologies.
  • Working knowledge of NOSQL databases like Postgres, Cassandra, and Redis.
  • Experience with message queuing systems like Kafka.
  • Exposure to machine learning/AI concepts and frameworks.
