Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Manager

Drive excellence in software development and quality processes within a Tier-1 environment.

This key role focuses on driving quality audits, process improvements, risk management, and compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment with industry standards, conducting internal/external quality audits, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Quality Audits & Assessments: Lead/participate in ISO 9001 & CMMI audits, utilizing your expertise to drive continuous improvement.
  • Process Excellence: Define, implement, and monitor software development quality processes in line with CMMI for Development, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure the organization's adherence to regulatory requirements and industry frameworks.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate software-related risks throughout the SDLC.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements, corrective actions, and adoption of best practices across teams.
  • Training & Enablement: Conduct sessions on quality practices, RCA, Agile, and risk management, empowering team members to excel.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience: 6–10 years in software industry, with a strong background in software development and quality processes.
  • Strong knowledge of CMMI for Development, Agile, and awareness of Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Background: BE/BTech, started career as a software developer with hands-on coding experience.
  • Certifications: CMMI Assessment Team Member; ISO Lead Assessor preferred.
