Accounting Specialist Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive accounting professional to ensure seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Data Analysis: Prepare MIS data for informed business decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for SAP reports and entries.
  • Tender Compliance: Assist in tender filings for procurement compliance.
  • Debtors Management: Conduct debtors reports for outstanding balances and collections efforts.
  • Financial Transactions: Coordinate with banking institutions for financial transactions and inquiries.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records using accounting systems or ERP.
  • Compliance Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in GST compliance and bookkeeping principles.
  • Financial Reporting: Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
  • Invoice Processing: Process invoices and resolve discrepancies with marketing and sales teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts.
  • SAP Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with SAP software.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
