Job Description:

Production scheduling, monitoring, reporting & MIS are key aspects of this role. A deep understanding of molding machine specifications and selection for the required product is crucial.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, with experience in handling complex projects and teams. They should be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain open communication with cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Production scheduling, monitoring, reporting & MIS
  • Productivity Improvements
  • Preparing Process Parameters and other Process Documents
  • Manpower Allocation and People Development
  • Ensuring Adherence to Quality Systems (TS and EMS)
  • Maintaining 5S and Safety in the Department
  • Preparing Monthly Performance Objectives
  • Managing Secondary Operations
  • Coordinating Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Molding Machines
  • Troubleshooting Molding Issues and Implementing Corrective Actions
  • Training a Team and Mentoring Them for Optimum Productivity
  • Optimizing/Improving Molding Cycle Time
  • Analysis of Customer Complaints, In-Process Rejections, and Implementing Corrective Actions
  • Fostering a Culture of Safety, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement
  • Hands-on Experience in Running Injection Molding Machines and Accessories
  • Capable in New Tool Trials for Plastic Parts
  • Capable in Different Types of Plastic Material Processing
  • Reconciliation on RM/WIP Stocks at Month End
  • Knowledge in Personal Protective Equipment While Working
  • Informing Near Miss Incidences, Unsafe Conditions Immediately
  • Ensuring Minimum Environmental Impact in the Process Being Carried Out by Using Controls on the Machine/Equipment as Per Daily Check Sheet
  • Regular Monitoring & Measuring Energy Performance
  • Prevention of Pollution, Energy Reduction, Reduce Depletion of Natural Resources, and Maintain Safe Working Environment in Organization
