We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled Swedish Educator to lead our content team. This role involves creating high-quality educational content, managing a small team, and providing strategic direction to ensure our language learning platform meets the needs of learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design engaging Swedish language learning content tailored to the US market, taking into account the latest trends in language education.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum that caters to diverse learner needs.
  • Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Swedish and strong English communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and communication with the team and stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with experience working on language learning platforms or related projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, including experience in team collaboration, mentorship, and management.
  • A strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy, as well as creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Swedish, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in language education and instructional design.
