Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead our complex initiatives and drive long-term strategic value.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership and passion for building scalable, flexible, secured, and easy-to-maintain platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex initiatives with long-term strategic value
  • Owned capacity and growth of technical systems across multiple domains, defining key metrics
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts to explain them to non-technical partners
  • Have a strong sense of ownership and passion for building scalable, flexible, secured, and easy-to-maintain platforms
  • Stay up to date with emerging technology trends and ability to choose the best
  • Make the right design decisions related to product features and technology choices
  • Cultivate the ability to take calculated risk
  • Drive multiple projects and deliver them on time with high quality
  • Have a passion for building a strong engineering culture, operational excellence, and innovation

Brownie points for:

  • Experience working with highly secure and scalable products on FSI sector
  • Knowledge on Machine Learning systems and product ionizing models
