We're looking for a hands-on DevSecOps engineer who's excited about blending cloud infrastructure, security tooling, and automation into a robust developer and security platform. The role involves securing Kubernetes clusters, taming AWS services, streamlining security pipelines, and making vulnerabilities disappear before anyone knows they existed.

This is a high-impact role for someone who loves working on production-grade environments and cares equally about scalability and security. Here, your work will directly protect critical workloads while enabling developers to move faster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Secure Cloud Infrastructure: Configure and secure core AWS services including VPC, TGW, VPN, security groups, and networking access.
  • Collaborate with Infosec Team: Recommend and implement security best practices.
  • Partner with Development Teams: Understand their SecOps requirements and support the implementation of security solutions.
  • IDentify Security Gaps: Drive initiatives aligned with business goals to strengthen overall security posture.
  • Strengthen Kubernetes Clusters: Implement best practices around RBAC, secrets management, runtime security, and policy-as-code.
  • Implement Security Tools: IAM (SSO/Identity Center), SecurityHub, GuardDuty, Config, KMS, and Control Tower guardrails.
  • Harden Firewalls and Setup Security Observability: Integrate next-gen firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet) and setup security observability.
  • Integrate Security Scanning into CI/CD Pipelines: Enforce quality gates using Trivy, SonarQube, Codecov, Inspector.
  • Set up and Tune SIEM Platforms and WAF Solutions: Deploy active threat detection and mitigation.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or Platform Engineering.
  • Strong working knowledge of AWS core and security services.
  • Experience managing and securing Kubernetes workloads.
  • Solid understanding of AWS networking and security fundamentals.
  • Practical knowledge of CSPM, SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF solutions, and firewall appliances.
  • Familiarity with code quality and security scanning tools.
  • Strong fundamentals in Linux/Unix, scripting (Bash/Python), and cloud automation.
