About the Role:

  • Work on AI applications to solve complex business problems in insurance and healthcare.
  • Lead project teams consisting of consultants, analysts, data scientists, and engineers.
  • Closely engage with clients and onsite teams; participate in workshops to identify high-impact business problems.
  • Translate business problems into clear analytics problem statements.
  • Design plans to develop and deploy advanced analytics and data solutions.
  • Own and drive execution of the plan by demonstrating techno-functional consulting capabilities.
  • Measure and articulate how analytics results improve clients' business metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in delivering advanced analytics and engineering solutions through analytics consulting.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare industries and related functional areas.
  • Ability to translate high-level business problems into analytics and data problem statements.
  • Experience in scoping, development, validation, and deployment of explanatory, predictive, and prescriptive analytic solutions.
  • Knowledge of DS/ML/DE/AI techniques - when and why they are used and interpretation of results from a business viewpoint.
  • Ability to discover patterns in data and deliver impactful insights.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, driving project governance, and linking analytics to business value delivered.
  • Hands-on experience in data handling using SQL and advanced analytics tools like R and/or Python.
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
