Job Overview:

Role and Responsibilities:

The key link between clients and research teams is the Research Manager. You will take ownership of projects end-to-end — from understanding client needs to designing research, ensuring smooth execution, analyzing data, and delivering insights that make an impact.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work directly with clients to understand their business questions and turn them into actionable research plans.
  • Draft proposals and lead projects from start to finish.
  • Guide and mentor junior researchers, helping them grow and succeed.
  • Review and validate questionnaires and survey designs to ensure everything is spot on.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, stepping in quickly if challenges arise.
  • Delve into data to uncover insights and craft clear, compelling stories for clients.
  • Deliver reports and presentations that inform and inspire decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Operations, and Client Success to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is excited by the idea of combining data, storytelling, and client collaboration.

  • Master's/MBA in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in quantitative market research.
  • Strong communication skills — you're confident speaking with clients and just as good at writing clear, structured reports.
  • Leadership skills to coach junior researchers and keep projects on track.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn numbers into meaningful insights.
  • Advanced skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — someone who doesn't wait for problems to be solved, but steps in to solve them.
