Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Services Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys designing, deploying, and maintaining complex network topologies using Microsoft virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deploy cloud infrastructure to support migration and delivery of technology solutions using Microsoft Azure resources.
  • Deploy and manage wireless networks for remote buildings and corporate offices.
  • Maintain and design hyperconverged and standard three-tier architecture environments.
  • Support O365 Messaging and associated technologies.
  • Manage Office 365 users and Hybrid Exchange Server Configuration.
  • Deploy and manage OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Environments.
  • Manage Active Directory 2019 and newer.
  • Support key services, including DNS, DHCP, File Services.
  • Deploy and manage Azure Solutions and Services.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in server and operating system support (Windows 2019 and above).
  • Have working knowledge of VLANs, IPSEC Tunnels and Protocols, Virtual Networks, and Routing & Switching.

  • Active Directory Administration: AZURE AD & On-Premises + Entra ID
  • Asset Management: Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager & System Center Operations Manager
  • Endpoint Management: Microsoft Intune
  • Microsoft Windows Server Management & Hyper-V Clusters

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar.
  • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows Server) and virtualization technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security principles, and IT best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with O365 Administration, Backup Configurations, and VM.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (Azure).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
