Service Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Operations Manager to lead our service team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing service operations, improving customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.


Job Description:
  • Promote and monitor appointment systems to ensure efficient workflow and meet customer expectations.
  • Plan and organize service management operations to achieve realistic and achievable performance targets.
  • Lead and control service operations teams to deliver high-quality services and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Set and monitor realistic and achievable service performance targets.
  2. Monitor customer satisfaction reports and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Share customer satisfaction information with service personnel to drive improvements.
  4. Monitor complaint resolutions and warranty goodwill cases to ensure excellent customer service.
  5. Maintain quality through regular inspections and comeback reports.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive service operations.
  • Proven track record of managing service operations, improving customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage service operations teams.
