Social Media Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our social media strategy and execute content campaigns across various platforms. This role requires strong creative vision, technical expertise, and analytical skills to drive engagement and conversions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of hands-on experience in social media management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content and achieving results-driven metrics. They must be based in Mumbai, available for regular shoots and brainstorming sessions, and possess excellent communication and time-management skills.
In this role, you will own and execute monthly content calendars, write compelling captions and CTAs, coordinate with the team on shoots and campaign launches, and use insights to improve reach and performance. You will also research competitor trends, audience behavior, and creator formats to stay ahead of the curve.
Key responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, analyzing metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
