Lead Engineer

This role involves leading engineering design assignments in a team environment on large-scale project teams.

  • Contributing to engineering design assignments in a collaborative setting with a focus on high-quality results.
  • Providing technical support to designers for relocation, asset tagging, connection drawings, and standard drawings.
  • Familiarity with Common Data Environment (ProjectWise and BIM 360) is highly desirable.
  • Overseeing projects, coordinating with stakeholders, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Qualifications
  • A Master of Engineering degree or equivalent education in an appropriate field from an accredited institution.
  • A Chartered Engineer (CEng), Professional Engineer (PE) license, or equivalent in the relevant field from any global organization.
  • A highly motivated, hardworking, interpersonal, and enthusiastic individual who can adapt to change and learn new skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in wastewater modeling, particularly model calibration and verification, and be proficient in Infoworks ICM hydraulic modeling software. Additionally, experience with tools like Water GEMS, SewerGEMS, StormCAD, PCSWMM, HEC-RAS, and GeoPak would be advantageous.
