Job Title: Interior Design Project Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Interior Design Project Manager to lead our team in delivering top-notch interior design projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to completion. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that every project meets our high standards of quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and installation teams, to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Your role will also involve managing internal stakeholders, such as finance, vendor teams, and installer teams, to ensure they receive the necessary support to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • You will be the highest point of escalation for any issues raised by customers, working diligently to resolve them within committed timeframes and deliver successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Operations Leads to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage internal stakeholders to ensure they receive necessary support to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • NIT/BITS/IIT/ MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools shall be preferred.
  • 7 to 12 years of overall work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries.
  • People management skills (direct team reporting in past roles is a must)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
