Job Description

Maximize equipment performance and uptime by ensuring maintenance adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize machine and equipment operations in mechanical handling systems to achieve target availability and reliability.
  • Coordinate with operational teams for proactive maintenance planning and timely execution.
  • Manage resources deployed for discipline quality maintenance and timely completion and safety.
  • Execute maintenance activities according to the maintenance strategy.
  • Effectively allocate and utilize available resources.
  • Complete PM tasks, record, and close in SAP on time.
  • Maintain proper budgeting and consumption alignment with contributing factors regularly.
  • Plan and control spare parts and consumables inventory.
  • Enhance equipment and machine output efficiency.
  • Comply with defined SOPs, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
