Job Overview:

A seasoned professional is sought to provide strategic leadership and oversee the delivery of data analytics projects across various client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize customer relationships by assessing their strategic importance and urgency
  • Effectively allocate resources to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness
  • Monitor resource utilization to avoid overallocation or underutilization
  • Track project progress and present regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and necessary adjustments
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure compliance and governance around service level and contractual obligations
  • Assign appropriate priority levels to financial planning analysis and budgeting aspects at the project/portfolio level
  • Assess delivery teams' performance scorecards and implement process improvements to drive overall delivery excellence, cost reduction, and efficiency gains

Requirements:

  • At least 20 years of experience in data analytics, data management, and cloud data migrations
  • Mandatory skills: data & analytics, data management, cloud data migrations, data quality and governance, data engineering, ETL/ELT, data ops, BI and analytics, data science and machine learning, or AI/gen AI
