Job Title: Digital Activation Manager

Join Adidas as a Digital Activation Manager and play a critical role in driving the adidas brand within the market. As a key member of the Digital Activation team, you will be responsible for delivering a holistic digital strategy focused on cohesive consumer experiences across all touchpoints, while ensuring maximum impact across activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital plans to build the adidas brand in digital channels as the best sports brand in EM.
  • Provide full support in the execution of marketing campaigns with adherence to global guidelines, toolkits, and timelines.
  • Input into and implement processes that enable the digital team to follow the marketing plans.
Key Relationships:
  • Global & EM Brand Marketing and Brand, Digital, and Retail Activation Teams.
  • EM eCom.
  • EM Retail and Franchise.
  • BUs.
  • Sports Marketing.
  • Global and EM CRM & membership teams.
Requirements:
  • Specific marketing experience in digital strategy, planning, and implementation and execution either in-house or within a digital agency.
  • Skilled in agency management through previous experience.
  • Has an understanding of all marketing disciplines and how to integrate a digital plan into a holistic marketing strategy.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing specific to online retail, specifically SEM, PPC, display, and affiliates.
  • Strong understanding of paid and organic social media channels relevant to youth consumers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations.
  • Ability to think innovatively and creatively.
  • Strong project management skills and track record for successful and timely implementation of plans.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and a team player.
  • Very strong in building and maintaining relationships.
