Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned GeM/Tender Manager to oversee our Government e-Marketplace operations and tender processes across government sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the IT industry, with expertise in managing relationships with key government stakeholders and procurement officers.

This role is critical in expanding our presence in public sector IT solutions and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring seamless project execution and compliance with government procurement policies.
  • Oversee multiple personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders and procurement officers, fostering a strong network of contacts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in GeM operations and government tender management.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and policies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and tender management tools.
