- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial plans that align with organizational objectives.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Financial Governance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to best practices in financial governance.
- Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in the education sector or international schools.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of statutory requirements in all matters concerning school finances.
- Proven knowledge of expatriate taxation, payroll, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity.
