About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a complex software system, ensuring its quality and reliability. As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on test cases to identify defects and improve system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality
  • Identify and report defects to the development team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues to resolve technical problems
  • Maintain and update test documentation and processes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in QA or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and testing tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
