Elevate Your Impact Through Informed Decision Making

We are seeking a highly skilled MedTech innovation strategist to join our team. As a global leader in delivering cutting-edge solutions, we excel in leveraging technology and subject matter expertise to drive client business impact.

  • Define problem statements and initial hypotheses, designing optimal research approaches with a mix of research techniques (e.g., primary/secondary/basic modeling).
  • Structure and present data and results using relevant frameworks.
  • Arrive at key messages/highlights addressing key objectives as summaries of results.
  • Presenting results of the research to clients and handling client queries.
  • Active participation and contribution in team discussions on project-specific areas.
  • Market assessments and trend analysis across sub-segments, therapy areas to assess market attractiveness, players, pipeline assets, and product portfolios, technologies, etc.
  • Competitor benchmarking and tracking include media monitoring, product profiling, medical/scientific, and marketing aspects, SWOT analysis, clinical pipeline analysis, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for professionals with hands-on experience in MedTech strategy-related projects, consulting, and strategy-oriented projects. Strong problem-solving skills and a mindset to identify proactive ways to contribute to the firm's goals and mission are essential.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to practice attentive and active listening.
  • Respect for time and ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner.
  • Command over MS Office and basic MS Excel.
  • M.Pharm/ B.Pharm/ B.Tech (Biotech)/B.E(Biotech)/M.Tech (Biotech)/ MBA.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
