Job Title: BIM Integration Specialist

Overview of the Role:

The BIM Integration Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring seamless integration of design technology and BIM workflows across various project phases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate BIM Efforts
    • Lead and coordinate BIM efforts across architecture and interior design projects within the organization.
    • Collaborate with global BIM leaders and project teams to implement firm-wide standards and best practices.
  • Model and Manage Complex Projects
    • Model and manage complex Revit-based architectural projects across all design phases.
  • Train and Mentor Teams
    • Train, mentor, and support project teams on BIM execution strategies and workflows.
  • Develop BIM Execution Plans
    • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, Revit templates, and content libraries.
  • Quality Control and Clash Detection
    • Conduct quality control checks for Revit models and ensure documentation accuracy.
    • Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders for clash detection and model coordination using tools like Navisworks.
  • Inter-Studio Collaboration
    • Facilitate inter-studio collaboration through federated models, cloud-based platforms (BIM 360 / ACC - Autodesk Construction Cloud), and collaborative tools.
  • Technical Support
    • Troubleshoot software issues and serve as the technical go-to for Revit, Dynamo, and other design technology tools.
