MyYogaTeacher is a well-funded Silicon Valley startup with headquarters in California, USA, and Bangalore, India. We have a marketplace product for Yoga that connects incredible Yoga Teachers from India with clients in the US for online 1-on-1 Yoga & Fitness sessions.

We have a team of over 60 people across various functions – Marketing, Product, Engineering, SDET, Customer Support, Design, Operations, Data Science, and Executive Leadership. As a Growth Marketing Analyst at MyYogaTeacher, you will work in a stimulating environment alongside an extremely skilled, smart, trustworthy, kind, supportive, and caring team.

You will be working closely with executive leadership to create project definitions, carry out required research, coordinate with people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.

You will be responsible for developing data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This includes collaborating with product, design, data science, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives with overall business goals.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Collaborating with product, design, data science, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives with overall business goals
  • Launching, managing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on customer experience, conversion, and retention
  • Running A/B tests, analyzing campaign performance, and continuously refining to improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates
  • Optimizing landing pages, onboarding funnels, pricing pages, and other key areas of the product for better conversion rates and customer retention
  • Conducting A/B testing on pricing models, page layouts, and messaging to improve customer understanding and purchase decisions
  • Supporting the team for paid acquisition channels with data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and ensure maximum ROI
  • Developing strategies, designing, and optimizing upsell and cross-sell funnels to increase customer lifetime value (CLV) at different stages of the customer journey
  • Monitoring the performance of upsell funnels and optimizing them through continuous testing and refinement

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a growth marketing, product marketing, or marketing analyst role, preferably in a startup or high-growth company
  • Proven experience in email and SMS marketing, and familiarity with other digital marketing channels such as paid media, SEO, and social media
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimizing conversion on pricing pages and upsell funnels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Experience with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, ActiveCampaign, Twilio (for SMS), and other CRM/email marketing tools would be preferred

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Our team is based in the US PST time-zone, so we often do meetings from 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM PST. The position requires willingness to work evenings as needed.
