Business Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Planning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and monitoring daily planning activities and key performance indicators (KPIs) in global business services (GBS). You will also support supply chain integration in offshored planning processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Create and maintain production plans and purchase plans.\
  • Maintain planning-relevant master data and evaluate its quality.\
  • Planning performance reporting and evaluation of transactional data quality.\
  • Handle orders from regional offices.\
  • Support the onshore team with planning reports and ad-hoc analysis.\

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • \
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field from a well-recognized institution, along with 4-7 years of experience working in production planning and support functions.\
  • Good knowledge of production planning and purchase processes, as well as the ability to work on offshored planning processes.\
  • Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, including Plan, Make, Source, Deliver, and Return.\
  • Maintain planning-relevant master data and evaluate its quality.\
  • SAP ECC/APO/R3-PP experience within supply chain is required, while OMP can be an added advantage.\
  • Demonstrate capability to take ownership and accountability of deliverables assigned.\
  • High capability within stakeholder management and collaboration skills across cultures.\
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.\
