Job Title

Wealth Relationship Manager is a key role that requires exceptional skills in relationship building and management.

Responsibilities:
  • Work in synergy with cross-functional teams to generate wallet share across wealth and liability products
  • Cross-sell wealth and liability products to premium Asset clients
  • Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets
  • Build and deepen relationships with existing wealth customers to increase share of wallet and revenues
  • Provide professional customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction leading to client retention and growth
  • Manage key performance indicators at the highest level
  • Have complete knowledge of customer base profile, demographics, psychographics, and assets
  • Achieve targets set in terms of product mix
  • Maximize the efficacy of the sales process through best-in-class productivity
  • Ensure coverage of customer base in accordance with Group-approved Relationship
Requirements:
  • Aggressive sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures on an ongoing basis
