Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CPQ Developer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to configure and customize Salesforce CPQ features, design and implement custom solutions, and maintain existing CPQ configurations. Your expertise in Salesforce CPQ will enable us to streamline our quote-to-order process, enhance user experience, and increase sales efficiency.

As a key member of our technology group, you will be responsible for:

• Configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ features to meet business requirements

• Designing and implementing custom solutions to optimize sales processes and improve customer experience

• Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs

• Maintaining and improving existing CPQ configurations to ensure seamless integration with other systems

• Developing and maintaining system rules and custom fields for validations and calculations

• Collaborating with developers on QCP (Quote Calculation Plugin) development

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ and Omni Studio

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions using Salesforce CPQ

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ administration, including user management, security settings, and data management

• Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions

• Experience working with Conga Composer and Adobe E-Sign integrations
