Job Title: Financial Management Specialist

About the Role:
  • Oversee and reconcile intercompany transactions across global entities in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Execute journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and eliminations related to intercompany accounts.
  • Ensure timely settlement of intercompany balances and investigate discrepancies.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly intercompany reconciliations and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to address intercompany challenges.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing, including intercompany confirmations and reporting.
  • Conduct daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve any variances.
  • Generate and review financial reports (P&L, balance sheet).
  • Maintain compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal accounting procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external auditors as required.
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with AP, AR, and FP&A teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
