Are you an expert in ServiceNow IT Operations Management looking for a new challenge? Our team is seeking a skilled professional to join us as a Technical Expert.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting technical business requirements, designing efficient and scalable ITOM solutions, including workflows, integrations, and customizations. You will lead the implementation of ServiceNow ITOM module and conduct technical demos, provide advanced training and support to end-users, and drive continuous process improvement within the ServiceNow environment, focusing on ITOM.

The role also involves leading the ServiceNow product roadmap for ITOM and supporting regular operations. You will work closely with the business-facing team and the ServiceNow CoEI team in our organization.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of networking, server infrastructure, cloud environments, and systems integration. Experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds or Nagios is also required. Additionally, you should have knowledge of ServiceNow application development and customizations, including workflows, forms, and reports.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or physics, or a comparable qualification with 10-14 years of total experience and 6-8 years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
  • ITOM Process Implementation or Project Support experience of minimum 2 projects.
  • Experience designing and architecting solutions at an enterprise level.
  • Expected hands-on experience with all ServiceNow components.
  • Scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.) for customizing ServiceNow functionality.
