Security Operations Specialist

This role will be based at Ahmednagar Plant for our organization, a unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd. We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Specialist to join our team.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring security and safeguarding of Company assets, materials, and people against malicious acts
  • Investigation of any activity happening against the interest of the company
  • Prompt reporting of daily reports and harmful activities on company premises to secure business
  • Timely submission of Vigilance reports to concern authorities
  • Effectiveness and consistency in Security systems management
  • Handling emergency situations effectively and consistently to avoid complications
  • Protection of company property from pilferage, theft, fraud, misuse
  • Addressing employee issues as per management guidelines, including safety and civil matters
  • Conducting surprise visits for high-value material and vendors
  • Ensuring statutory compliances
  • Maintaining harmonious relations with local police stations, RTO Offices, and other outside stakeholders
