Job Title: Senior Executive Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Engineer to lead our team in ensuring the smooth operation of our process equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in maintaining complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance strategies for Process equipment, including vial filling, vial washing, Tunnel, and isolators.
  • Document checklists online as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Promptly attend to breakdown maintenance in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) for process equipment.
  • Maintain strict adherence to cGMP, GDP, and safety guidelines while performing all activities.
  • Coordinate effectively with other departments to resolve plant maintenance issues.
  • Manage spare parts inventory for all process equipment.
  • Operate and maintain HVAC systems efficiently.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot clean room parameters.
  • Perform HVAC Requalification operations safely.
  • Communicate relevant EHS issues to concerned personnel promptly.
  • Prepare purchase requests with spare and work details as per standard format.
  • Collaborate with vendors for AMC-covered equipment.
  • Document preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities thoroughly.
  • Execute running projects, new projects, and plant extension works successfully.
  • Prepare equipment qualification documents accurately.
