About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Financial Planning, you will play a key role in building financial models that support business decisions and drive strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for forecasting, annual planning, business analysis, and business performance reporting, ensuring that operations, revenue, and expenses are aligned with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
  • Drive forecasting, annual planning, business analysis, and business performance reporting processes
  • Review operations, revenue, and expenses to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Guide and motivate team members to improve their skills and competencies
  • Support team members in personal development and ensure they are future-ready
  • Work closely with stakeholders on reporting and compliance
  • Prepare business presentations and briefing papers for local, regional, and global management
  • Own and drive process improvement, simplification, and automation initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with business management and contribute to the decision-making process
  • Partner with stakeholders to create high-level integrative plans and identify requirements
  • Resolve escalations and conflicts
About You

We are looking for a qualified candidate with a strong background in finance and analytics. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 15+ years of corporate experience in finance and analytics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, proactive, and independent work style
  • Significant experience in business partnering with global senior leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with global teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and open to learning new technologies
