Job Title: Hearing Aid Specialist

 

As a skilled and compassionate hearing aid specialist, you will play a vital role in our audiology team. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing high-quality hearing healthcare services to patients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter our clinic.
  • Conduct audiometric evaluations and diagnose and treat hearing-related conditions under the supervision of an audiologist.
  • Perform troubleshooting and basic repairs of hearing aids, as well as reprogramming and fine-tuning of devices as needed.
  • Educate and counsel patients on hearing aid usage, maintenance, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular follow-up appointments to ensure patient satisfaction and device performance.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • A patient-centric approach with attention to detail, ensuring that each patient receives personalized care.
  • The ability to work under the supervision of an audiologist, collaborating with the team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
