Financial Planning and Analysis Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. As an FP&A consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and decision-making through insightful financial analysis and planning.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools, specifically Oracle EPM modules such as Planning, PBCS, and FCCS. Strong knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial data analysis is essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules to meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets using PBCS and other EPM tools
  • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and lead workshops on financial planning and analysis best practices

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in EPM, with a focus on Oracle EPM modules
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Smart View, FRS, OTBI, and BI Publisher
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial data analysis
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently from an offshore location
  • Certifications in Oracle Cloud, EPM, or related fields are highly desirable
