Job Title: Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled data analyst to support our service delivery and contribute to the success of our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data capture, organization, storage, and analysis for creating and maintaining cost indices and escalation.
  • Upkeep of construction project cost databases, including data capture, cleaning, organization, storage, and analysis.
  • Management of large amounts of data in Excel.
  • Collaboration with cost estimators/quantity surveyors to fill in holes in data.
  • Contribution to the process for collection, capture, and utilization of historic data.
  • Performance of other duties as supervisor or senior leadership deem necessary.
  • Coordination with senior and technical staff.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree + 2 years relevant experience.
  • Firm decision-making abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in data analysis and data management.
  • Understanding of IT technology including Intranet, MS Windows, MS Office Suites.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite particularly managing data in Excel and SharePoint preferred.
  • SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, and Tableau skills beneficial.
  • Attention to details.
  • Experience managing and analysing large data sets beneficial.
  • Motivation to work independently and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Dedication to current/continued pursuit of registrations.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Moderate knowledge of analytical tools and software.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
