We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to fill this key role.

About the Job:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement comprehensive data management strategies for enterprise databases.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical initiatives and integrate data solutions with continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
  • The successful candidate will design and implement data masking and provisioning techniques for testing environments.
  • Additionally, you will analyze and understand current architecture, data flows, and application dependencies.
  • As an expert-level support specialist for enterprise databases, including IMS, DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL Server, you will provide exceptional support to ensure seamless database operations.

Requirements:

  • You must have a strong understanding of test data profiling, personally identifiable information analysis, and sensitive field analysis methods.
  • Experience in integrating data management tools such as Broadcom CA TDM, Delphix, K2View, and DataMasque is essential.
  • A solid proficiency in one or more programming languages and database management systems is required.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are necessary to succeed in this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Australia banking domain experience would be beneficial.
  • Hands-on experience working with Compuware File-AID, IBM RDX, and mainframe job scheduling tools is desirable.
  • Familiarity with SQL queries and data analytics tools is a plus.
